As a concert singer, Anja Van Engeland is a welcome guest. Together with the Flanders Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Angus, she performed Piet Swerts' "Nursery Songs". As part of the Mozart year, she performed Mozart's Mass in C minor at the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels. At the PSK, she sang R.V.Williams' Sea-Symphony and Verdi's Requiem.

She performed with the National Orchestra of Belgium conducted by Theodor Guschlbauer. In 2012, she sang Beethoven's 9th with the Belgian National Orchestra led by Kwame Ryan. She also collaborated in a Rossini programme with the Symphony Orchestra of Flanders olv Michel Tilkin. In 2012/2013, she sang Verdi's Requiem several times with various orchestras. With the Brussels Philharmonic (conducted by Hervé Niquet), she sang in Debussy`s "l`Enfant prodigue" and "Le Gladiateur".

With the Luxembourg Philharmonic, she recorded "Der Geiger von Echternach" by Lou Koster on CD.

In 2017, 2018 and 2019, she performed the role of Margerita in the contemporary opera Fausto at La Monnaie (Brussels) with Frascati Symphonic.

Since 2015, she has formed the song duo TastiVoce with pianist Toon Spaepen.
